Become a Verified Vendor with The Resource Group LLC

At The Resource Group LLC, we believe strong projects are built on strong partnerships. We actively collaborate with qualified vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers who share our commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

We work across residential, commercial, and multifamily projects throughout Georgia and neighboring states, and we welcome experienced partners who can support our growing portfolio of construction, renovation, and restoration services.

Becoming a verified vendor allows your company to be considered for bidding opportunities and project participation with The Resource Group LLC.

What to Expect as a TRG Vendor

As part of our approved vendor network, you may be invited to support projects involving:

Residential construction and remodeling
Commercial and multifamily renovations

Roofing, exterior, interior, and site work
Maintenance and ongoing facility services

All vendors must meet our insurance, compliance, and safety standards before eligibility is granted.

Required Documentation

To qualify for review, all vendors must submit the following documentation in full:

W-9 Form (current and signed)
Certificate of Insurance (COI)

General Liability coverage
Workers’ Compensation coverage
The Resource Group LLC listed as certificate holder

Company information and service areas
Certifications, licenses, and capabilities (if applicable)

Applications missing required documentation will not be reviewed.

Insurance Requirements

Your Certificate of Insurance must meet the following minimum standards:

General Liability Insurance
Workers’ Compensation Insurance

The Resource Group LLC listed appropriately as certificate holder or additional insured (as applicable to scope)

We recommend coordinating directly with your insurance agent to ensure compliance prior to submission.

Invoicing & Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: NET 30 from the date of approved invoice
Pre-invoicing is not permitted
Invoices must correspond to completed work or delivered materials
Invoices submitted before vendor approval will not be processed
Invoices should be submitted by email to [email protected] with the subject line: Invoice – [Your Company Name].

Site Safety, Conduct & Compliance

All vendors and subcontractors working with The Resource Group LLC are required to:

Follow TRG site safety protocols
Comply with OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations

Use proper PPE at all times
Respect project schedules, site rules, and personnel

Failure to comply with safety or conduct requirements may result in removal from our approved vendor list.

Acknowledgment & Vendor Status

Submission of the vendor registration form confirms that:

All information provided is accurate and complete
Your company agrees to TRG’s payment terms, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
Vendor approval does not guarantee ongoing or future work
Approval grants eligibility for bidding and project consideration
